Daniel Arnold is a strategy consultant, entrepreneur, and expert in brand management and communications. He is a founding & Managing partner of ConsumerCentriX. In 2018, he established the African hub for ConsumerCentriX in Kampala, Uganda.
Daniel has led numerous projects at ConsumerCentriX that have pioneered innovative approaches to customer centricity and organizational change, partnering with multinational clients such as Logitech, Procter & Gamble, IKEA, Efes, Bayer, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
Prior to founding ConsumerCentriX, Daniel gained extensive brand management experience at Procter & Gamble, working across the Swiss and Western European markets. He also managed an advertising agency serving multinational clients.
In addition to his leadership roles, Daniel is a co-founder of innovative hospitality ventures, an active business angel, and sits on the boards of several startups.
Daniel holds an MBA from Passau University, Germany, and studied at Corvinus University in Budapest, Hungary. He is fluent in English, German, and French, with working knowledge of Italian and Spanish.

Anna Gincherman is a strategy expert and partner at ConsumerCentriX, specializing in designing innovative and scalable digital solutions aimed at reaching new and underserved customer segments. With over 20 years of experience in program management and advisory, Anna has collaborated with governments and major financial institutions across more than 35 countries to develop effective policies, financial product offerings, and operating models that support user adoption and ensure long-term sustainability.
Prior to her role at ConsumerCentriX, Anna served as an executive at Women’s World Banking, a global nonprofit focused on expanding financial access for low-income women. As VP of Strategic Partnerships and Chief Product Development Officer, she led the creation and rollout of innovative financial products, including savings, health insurance, digital services, and credit tailored to low-income women.
Anna’s professional career also includes roles at the Council on Economic Priorities and the United Nations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College, USA and a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania, USA.

Benedikt Wahler is an entrepreneur and partner at ConsumerCentriX, bringing over 25 years of experience in financial services, including banking, investment management, and consulting across both developed and dynamic emerging markets. He has led more than 40 projects focused on inclusive and digital finance for leading commercial banks, microfinance institutions, mobile network operators, and organizations such as the EBRD, World Bank, and Women’s World Banking, impacting over 8 million previously unbanked individuals.
Benedikt’s expertise includes gender-intelligent finance for retail and SME banking, as well as the design and deployment of scalable operating models for mass-market banking. He played a key advisory role in the development of Nigeria’s original National Financial Inclusion Strategy and has worked extensively across Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Morocco, Egypt, Indonesia, Central Asia, and Eastern Europe.
Beyond his consulting work, Benedikt is a co-founder of several social enterprises in Africa, including one honored with the 2018 Google Impact Challenge. He also serves as a director of an award-winning Swiss alternative investment fund and has advised on investments exceeding USD 4 billion.
Benedikt holds an M.A. in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS (Washington, DC, USA and Bologna, Italy), as well as a Diploma (MBA-equivalent) in Banking & Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in Germany. He has also studied in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and at Stanford University, USA.
